These terms apply to websites, apps, and online services operated by Luke Steuber that link to this page. A product-specific agreement, such as an app store’s license terms, takes precedence for that product.

Using these services

They are free, personal projects, and you may use them for any lawful purpose. Please don’t disrupt them, try to get around their limits or security, or use them to harm others.

Everything here is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Tools and experiments may change, break, or disappear without notice. Results from tools, including generated text and analysis, can be wrong; check anything that matters.

Not professional advice

Material about speech-language pathology, augmentative and alternative communication, accessibility, health, or other professional subjects is general information, not clinical, legal, or other professional advice.

What you submit

You keep your rights to anything you submit, and you are responsible for having the right to submit it. You allow me to process it as needed to provide the service you used. The Privacy Policy explains how it is handled.

Ownership and licenses

Unless noted otherwise, the content and design of these sites are © Luke Steuber. Open-source projects carry their own licenses, which govern their code. Other names, marks, and data belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of these services.
